Why our chili? Because it tastes really good! But also we use fresh veggies and herbs to give our chili a great taste! We promise that we do not plan to bring the heat up too high for you because we want you to taste our great seasonings. However, we have a delightful mix of spice that you will fall in love with! Give us a try! Our Roasted Chicken Chili is our winning chili but we also have Beef and Steak and some specialty chilis as well. Our recipe is the same but we will change the protein (or no protein for our veggie chili). We also added to our menu our Paw Paw's Chicken and Seafood Gumbo which is the chili of New Orleans! Real NOLA seasonings with a recipe that goes back 100 years!

ABOUT FLAMIN HOTTIES CHILI
Our Story
So how did two PTO moms get hooked on Chili in Park Forest, IL? It started with our husbands who debated on which wife had the best chili recipe. Once they had a taste of each others chili then they realized that both of us had great chili so we decided to combine the recipe. The is how Flamin' Hotties Chili was born.
We have cooked our chili and many Chili Cook Offs in Illinois and we still cook with our backs to each other because neither of us knows the recipe to our counterparts chili. We cook blind to each other's recipe. We also have fun with our chili-based music, our hats and our outfits. We even have a dancing chili pepper and a dancing chicken to let people know we have our Chicken Chili that day.
In the end, it is all about family and good food. We are happy to bring our unique recipe to your home. We start with fresh veggies and spices to enhance your protein choice of chicken or beef/sausage to bring you fresh chili! New to the menu in 2020 is our Paw Paw's Seafood and Chicken gumbo! A family recipe straight from New Orleans! The real stuff and gumbo is nothing but the "Chili of NOLA!" Now we have a a dancing CRAB!
